Job Description : 


  • Technical Support involves resolving hardware and software technical issues for Dells customers.
  • It involves system installation, performance maximization and troubleshooting.
  • It is a challenging role where employees are constantly solving problems and finding novel ways of rectifying issues.
  • They acquire in-depth training and technical expertise and also get the exposure to various processes, tools and techniques that will enable them troubleshoot with ease and competence.
  • Technical support employees get hands-on experience in troubleshooting some of the most premium range of Dells products including desktops , notebooks, portables wireless, projectors etc and providing to the customers in USA , Canada and EMEA.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Graduates (fresher / experienced)
  • Undergraduate / post-graduates with min 1 year of call center experience or 2 years of any domain experience.
  • Willing to take calls and work in 24/7 work environment
